If you don't understand the tax codes, customs will confiscate your cash. If you don't master banking instruments, your buyer will default on delivery.
Mastery Focus: Welcome to Weekend 2. On Saturday, we aggressively defend the profit margin against sovereign borders using HS Tariff Engineering and Bonded Warehouses. On Sunday, we build the ultimate architecture of trade trust: decoding the SWIFT network and weaponizing Documentary Letters of Credit to trade using zero of your own personal capital.
Session 3: Borders, Customs Ops & HS Codes
A misclassified HS code will trigger massive luxury taxes, annihilating your margin. We will forensically categorize goods, execute legal Tariff Engineering, and utilize Free Trade Zones (FTZs) and Bonded Warehouses to permanently shield your cash flow from upfront border taxation.
Session 4: Advanced Documentary Credits
The transition into high finance. We decode the ICC's UCP 600 rules and deconstruct raw SWIFT MT700 messages to identify toxic banking clauses. You will learn to execute Transferable and Back-to-Back LCs, brokering massive trades while leveraging the end-buyer's credit profile.
Required Weekend Preparation
Please ensure you have fully digested the "Pre-Read Briefings" for both Session 3 and 4. Grasping the fundamental concepts of the Harmonized System (HS) and the basic flow of a Letter of Credit is absolutely mandatory before entering the interactive boardroom tasks this weekend.
