Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the TillSkill website and any related online services, forms, webinar registrations, course enquiries, downloads, and purchases made through the TillSkill website.

By accessing or using the TillSkill website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About TillSkill

TillSkill provides professional education, webinars, and preparatory training services relating to selected global qualifications and related learning pathways.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references on the TillSkill website to professional designations, institutes, or certification pathways are for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Important Regulatory and Accreditation Notice

TillSkill is not a Registered Training Organisation within the Australian Vocational Education and Training sector.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, TillSkill offerings are non-nationally recognised training and do not result in an Australian Qualification Framework qualification or Statement of Attainment.

TillSkill does not award third-party professional designations. Such designations are awarded only by the relevant external certifying body, subject to that body's own examination, eligibility, experience, and other requirements.

Any statement on the TillSkill website about a qualification, designation, career pathway, or course outcome should be read in that context.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the TillSkill website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or interfere with anyone else's use of the website.

You must not use the TillSkill website in a fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading way, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, database, or connected systems, introduce malicious code, bots, scrapers, or harmful material, copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit website content except as permitted by law or with prior written consent from TillSkill, or use the website in a way that could damage, disable, or impair TillSkill services or reputation.

4. Website Information and No Guaranteed Outcomes

TillSkill aims to keep website content accurate and current. However, course availability, schedules, offers, pricing, eligibility criteria, certification requirements, publisher arrangements, and institutional policies may change.

Content on the TillSkill website is general information only and should not be treated as professional, career, legal, tax, migration, academic, or regulatory advice.

TillSkill does not guarantee that any user will pass an examination, obtain a designation, secure employment, receive a salary increase, or achieve a specific career outcome.

5. Webinar Registrations, Forms, and Enquiries

If you register for a webinar, event, consultation, or mailing list through the TillSkill website, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current.

TillSkill may contact you in connection with your registration, including to confirm your booking, send reminders, provide access details, handle follow-up questions, and share relevant service information.

TillSkill reserves the right to change speakers, dates, timings, formats, or availability, or to cancel a webinar or event where reasonably necessary.

6. Paid Offerings, Course Enrolments, and Additional Terms

Some parts of the TillSkill website may allow payment for a webinar, short course, consultation, or other offering. If you make a purchase through the TillSkill website, additional commercial terms may apply, including terms relating to fees, payment timing, access periods, cancellation, refunds, conduct, and intellectual property.

Where a separate enrolment agreement, invoice, checkout page, or course-specific policy applies, that document will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

7. Course-Specific Commercial Terms

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant course or enrolment materials, course access may be time-limited, fees may be listed in USD, AUD, or another stated currency, payments made by bank transfer or an equivalent method must be received in full net of sender charges, refunds may be limited once access has been granted, materials have been downloaded, or live classes have commenced, and any Retake Assurance or similar policy will apply only where the stated eligibility conditions have been satisfied.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

To the extent permitted by law, any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the TillSkill website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, layout, documents, recordings, slides, downloads, videos, and course-related materials, is owned by TillSkill or licensed to TillSkill.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the TillSkill website and permitted materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You must not, without prior written consent from TillSkill, copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit website or course content, share restricted materials with third parties, record live sessions where recording is not authorised, remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices, or create derivative works from proprietary materials except as permitted by law.

10. User Content and Submissions

If you submit feedback, comments, testimonials, enquiries, reviews, or other content to TillSkill, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful or harmful material.

You grant TillSkill a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose for which it was submitted and for reasonable business operations, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Acceptable Conduct in Learning Environments

TillSkill aims to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. TillSkill may suspend or terminate access to a webinar, course, or related service where a participant engages in harassment, abusive behaviour, hate speech, unlawful conduct, copyright infringement, unauthorised sharing of materials, or serious disruption of a session or community.

Where appropriate, no refund will be provided for termination arising from serious misconduct.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The TillSkill website may contain links to third-party websites, certification bodies, publishers, payment processors, webinar platforms, or service providers. Those third-party services are not under the control of TillSkill, and TillSkill is not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

13. Website Availability

TillSkill does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. TillSkill may suspend, update, withdraw, or restrict all or part of the website for operational, security, legal, or business reasons.

14. Privacy

Your use of the TillSkill website is also governed by the TillSkill Privacy Policy. By using the TillSkill website, you acknowledge that personal information may be handled as described in that policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

TillSkill may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the TillSkill website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.

If you want, I can next make this feel a little more like polished website copy and a little less like formal legal draft language.
